Celebrating our first year of operation, GreeceOnBoard will offer a complimentary sailing week for 4 (four) of our new or existing guests for the new opening season of 2023.
Sail with us, experience our new All-inclusive sailing experience, and meet the beauties of Greece and the Greek islands.
The Giveaway competition rules are simple:
- Tag three friends that you would like to have that sailing experience in the comment.
- You and your three tagged friends must follow the GreeceOnBoard Instagram account.
- Like the post.
- Comment with your favorite famous island in Greece!
The Competition will last until 15/12/2022 at 20:00 (EET) (UTC+02:00).
What can you win?
The winner and (3) three friends will enjoy our Beneteau Oceanis 50 yacht for one week from 1/4/2023 to 8/4/2023.
The sailing week will start at Alimos Marina, Athens, Greece. According to the prevailing sailing conditions, the destination will be an island hopping to the Cyclades or Saronic Gulf Itinerary.
COMPETITION
Announcer and organizer of the competition
The announcer and organizer of the competition’s “name” is the company (GreeceOnBoard.com) Exantas MCPY, address Thoukididou 47 str, Alimos Athens Greece, Tax number 998206300 registered in Greece referred to as “GreeceOnBoard” and “Announcer” and “Organizer”).
The rules of the competition, the general conditions for participation in the competition, the rights and obligations of its participants, and the rules for determining the winners of the competition will be on the GreeceOnBoard.com website (the Announcer’s website) at the following link https://greeceonboard.com/2022/11/07/giveaway-is-on/
The competition aims to strengthen our brand awareness and introduce our company’s experience to an All-Inclusive Sailing Vacation in Greece.
The competition takes place in the country of Greece, and it is eligible for all our guests from around the globe.
Competition Duration
The Competition period is from 08/11/2022 at 09:00 to 15/12/2022 at 20:00 (EET) (UTC+02:00). The winners will be drawn on 16/12/2022 at 15:00 (EET) (UTC+02:00).
Eligibility of Persons
For Instagram
Only a person over 18 years of age (from now on referred to as the “contestant/competitor “) who follows the Instagram account of GreeceOnBoard, likes the “Competition post” and tags three (3) other Instagram accounts in the comment under the “Competition post” during the competition period can participate in the competition. The (3) three tagged friends must follow the GreeceOnBoard Instagram account. All those who meet these conditions will be automatically entered into the draw.
For Facebook
Only a person over 18 years of age (from now on referred to as the “contestant/competitor “) who likes the “Competition post” and writes a comment under the “Competition post” during the competition period can participate in the competition. All those who meet these conditions will be automatically entered into the draw.
Only one (1) winner will be drawn from both platforms (Instagram & Facebook)
Competition Prize
The competition’s winner will sail for a week from 1/4/2023 to 8/4/2023 with our Beneteau Oceanis 50 yacht.
What is included in the prize:
- The yacht
- The skipper of the yacht
- Our Welcome Pack
- Fuels, Water, Port fees
- Free Wi-Fi
- 1 Sup
- Transportation from to Airport
What is not included
- Food Provisioning.
- Any other expenses on the islands (Dinners, outdoor activities, etc.)
Competitor obligations
By participating in the Giveaway competition, the competitor agrees to the processing and publication of his data following this statute in the event of a prize.
The competition for the winning prize will include any natural person who, at the time of the competition, meets all the conditions for participation as described in the Eligibility of Persons Section.
Announcement of Winner
The announcer will publish the name of one winner by announcing it under the “Giveaway Competition post” on the announcer’s Instagram account and Facebook Account.
The winner will also be contacted in writing (direct message), to which the winner is obliged to respond within 48 hours.
If the winner does not respond to the prize within 48 hours, the organizer reserves the right to make a new draw to transfer the prize to another winner.
The Advertiser ‘shall not reimburse the participants in the Competition for any costs incurred in connection with the prize in the Competition.
Acceptance of competition prize
The winner must provide the organizer of the competition with all the necessary cooperation to hand over his prize. When contacting the winner, the organizer is entitled to request consent to process his personal data in the range of name, email, telephone number, and address for publication, as well as handing over and delivering the prize.
Providing this information to the winner is voluntary. Still, providing it will be considered a failure to provide cooperation on the part of the winner, which is necessary to submit the prize.
The organizers will process the winner’s data for a maximum of 1 year from the date of their provision.
By providing the above data, the winner grants the organizer consent to the processing of this data and consent to the publication of data in the range of name and surname (or Instagram name) in the list of winners published.
In addition to the winner’s above-requested info, details of all guests should be provided as requested by authorities to be used solely for the necessary sailing paperwork (crew list) and not to be processed or published for other purposes.
If the winner does not meet the conditions set out in this competition, he loses the right to win, and the company has the right to award another winner from the list.
